About me

Ángeles Wolder Helling is the founder and director of the Ángeles Wolder Institute, a space for training and personal development where she also teaches and practices Biological Decoding. She has delivered many conferences across the world and she has been interviewed by the main media of Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Happiness is an inner state made up by the myriad small everyday things. A song, the sound of raindrops, a yearned for embrace or a memory that remains untainted in your mind: anything can raise you to happiness or plunge you into sadness. It is in your hands to live the life that you want.

My path from physiotherapist to biological decoder

Ángeles has a degree in Kinesiology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In addition to this, she has a master’s degree in University Teaching from the Universidad de Belgrano and specialised training in a broad range of complementary therapies including Caycedian Sophrology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Family Constellations, German New Medicine, Biological Decoding, Tipi emotional regulation, Ergonomics and Interpersonal Neurobiology. She also has a master’s degree in Neuroscience.

Her extended experience in Biological Decoding, has led her to write two books “The Art of Listening to the Body” (2016), in which she explains how our biological unconscious can help us to listen to our body and understand how symptoms are codified; and “The Reflection of our Emotions” (2018), in which she analyses film productions in order to help the readers to connect with their own feelings and emotions and reach personal wellbeing.

To decodify means to dive into the depths of our personal history in order to liberate and give new significance to critical high stress events, this does not change our history but it does change the way we see and understand it.
