III.- Enrollment and reservation procedure
To contract a service, the client must complete the corresponding registration, and with said completion, declares to be aware of these general conditions, their express acceptance, as well as their interest in the realization or subscription of the service in which they register. , also stating that he knows the characteristics, hours, price, payment method and service requirements, which appear in the program to which he has had access prior to completing the registration.
AWI commits a place in the service in favor of the Client at the moment in which he makes the payment. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that you have been enrolled in the chosen service, along with the purchase invoice.
Online services have a specific duration, which is specified in the particular conditions of each one. The content in video format of the online services is not downloadable.
IV.- Contractual conditions
Only people over 18 years of age may contract courses, services or subscriptions with AWI, in their own name and on behalf of the legal person they represent with sufficient power to do so. AWI reserves the right to automatically terminate the contract with those persons who breach this premise or who do not meet the requirements established in these Conditions.
The client may contract the services through the internet, through the channels that have been enabled both on the Website and in the applications for this purpose. The client declares that each and every one of the data and information provided to AWI, through any of the contracting modalities offered by AWI, is true, AWI reserving the right not to allow the contracting of any service (if not have yet registered) or cancel the sale in question without the possibility of any refund and the present contract being automatically terminated, to any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to the actions that proceed in law.
Likewise, the client declares that he knows and accepts, in their entirety, the conditions that will govern between the parties from the contracting with AWI of a service.
a) Course contractual conditions
The acceptance of the conditions and the formalization of the contracting of the service, the acceptance of the obligation of full payment of the contracted service by the client.
If the payer of the price of the program or service does not coincide with the user of the same, they must prove their identity and express willingness to pay, through the completion and acceptance of the authorization established for this purpose. The formalization of said document does not imply any legal relationship between the third party payer and the AWI, the client being exclusively the owner of the rights and obligations derived from this contract.

V.- Payment methods
The available means of payment are: Credit or debit card and PayPal. Once the payment is made, the customer will receive an e-mail with the receipt and the corresponding invoice.
All prices listed on the AWI website or apps include IVA (where applicable) and other applicable taxes and duties.
The prices that appear on the website or applications are per person, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are always in US dollars.
All prices are specified in US dollars, without applying any exchange rate to the price in case of transfer with another currency, according to it exclusively from the customer’s bank.
VII.- Withdrawal and return of payments
In general, the client who is considered a consumer or user according to what is established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, have fourteen calendar days from the moment of purchase of the service to voluntarily withdraw from it, without any penalty (except in the cases of non-refundable payments that are expressly provided in these general conditions) and without need to indicate the reasons.

In the event that the consumer or user exercises the right of withdrawal in the established terms, AWI will reimburse the amount of the service to the same within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt of the same, through the same means of payment used.
The non-attendance or participation of the student in the course will not exempt him / her from paying for the training, nor will the amount paid for another course or AWI activity be recognized, being able to assign his / her place to a third party provided that he / she notifies it by e-mail with a minimum of 72 hours in advance before the start of the training.
In case of withdrawal by the student, the AWI must be notified within 14 calendar days after the purchase – and provided that the course has not started -, through the form that appears in section f), That must be notified in writing to the billing department (email@example.com), attaching a return document where it is clearly stated: name and surname, NIF and bank codes.
Otherwise, and once the course has started, the student will not have the right to any refund and must pay the full price.

VIII.- Policy of changes and returns
To request a change of service, the client must contact customer service within 14 calendar days prior to the start of the course / event / service.
In the event that the service to be changed has a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer must pay the difference in value. If, on the other hand, the new service has a lower price than the one previously purchased, the difference of the amount in cash will not be returned, but will be made in the form of a gift voucher to use in your next purchase. a) Obligations of the client
The client agrees to respect AWI academic and contractual standards.
In the case of online training, the client declares to have sufficient computer knowledge that allows him to follow the methodology of the service and declares to possess or have access to adequate computer equipment for the specifications of the program, whether his own or someone else’s, and a connection to Internet to be able to follow the online program in which you are enrolling and to be able to develop it with full guarantees of acquiring the necessary knowledge to obtain the corresponding diploma or degree.

The client is not authorized to distribute, transmit, copy, display, perform, reproduce, grant licenses, use the material as a basis for other works, transfer or sell in any way any type of information, documents, documentation, images, programming code , logos, brands, or services obtained from AWI.
ÁNGELES WOLDER INSTITUTE is the owner of all copyright, intellectual and industrial property, “know how” and any other rights related to the contents of the website www.angeleswolderinstitute.com and the services offered therein, as well as the necessary programs to its implementation and related information. b) AWI obligations
AWI is committed to providing the pedagogical content, teaching staff and the online support necessary for the complete development of the course in which you have enrolled.
AWI undertakes to issue and deliver to the student, once the service has been completed with use and all payments for it have been completed, a Diploma or document certifying the studies completed.
XI.- Disciplinary procedure
The offenses that students may commit are classified as minor and serious, the consequence of the former being a sanction consisting of a written warning, and the sanction for serious offenses carries the sanction consisting of direct expulsion. The commission of two minor offenses in a period of one calendar year will entail expulsion.
- Inappropriate or degrading comments on the web or the virtual campus.
- Disrespect for any member of the educational community.
- Disinterest in learning.

- Falseness in the data provided in the user selection and admission process.
When the Angeles Wolder Institute detects some facts that could be constitutive of the offenses described, it will send a first communication to the student where they will be informed that they may have incurred in a minor or serious offense and will be given a period of 10 working days to formulate allegations. Once this period has elapsed, and in view of the allegations made, the file will be archived (in case it is proven that the indicated facts have not been committed or that they are not constitutive of fault) or to impose the corresponding sanction. If the period granted elapses without allegations being made by the student, the corresponding sanction will be imposed directly.
The expulsion implies the loss of their rights over the course, of obtaining the title or diploma accrediting the completion of the respective course, as well as the non-refund of the registration fee, nor of the amounts that have been paid in case of having chosen for the installment payment. This same condition will be given in the case of resignation on your part once the course has begun, subject to the conditions of withdrawal and refund of payments.
XII.- Certificates, Diplomas and Accreditations
Failure to obtain an Academic Degree for strictly academic reasons will not entitle the user to claim any amount from the AWI. AWI may deny the granting of the corresponding title if the user had not obtained the passing grade in the enrolled training program. If the user does not reach the required score to obtain the Degree, he / she may request a certificate of attendance and scoring from the AWI.
b) Online courses
Access to the online course will be given for 1 year.
The user can obtain a certificate:
- Complete all lessons.
- Successfully pass the mandatory questionnaires for each lesson.
- Be up to date with all payments and have no debts with AWI.
XIII.- Links to the web

This contract may only be modified by means of a written document signed by the parties. XVII.- Independence of the clauses
If any of the clauses of these general conditions were null or void, said declaration will not invalidate the rest of the conditions, which will remain valid and effective.
The null clause or clauses must be replaced or integrated with others that, being in accordance with the law, respond to the spirit and purpose of the substituted ones.
XVIII.- Legal actions

These conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation.
AWI and the client undertake to try to resolve, amicably, any disagreement that may arise in the development of the contracted service, prior to resorting to jurisdictional channels.
